Welcome To Deb's Barrage Tribute!
I was pleasantly surprised to discover the second troupe of Barrage members from England, Ireland, Scotland, and New Zealand to be every bit as exciting and technically astounding as the Canadian troupe!
I took pictures from Friday and Saturday of their EPCOT performances- with any luck, you'll enjoy seeing the stills as much as I enjoyed taking them!! Eventually, this page will also contain photos from my two friends who came to see the shows. My greatest hope is to have biographies and mini-interviews with each member to allow you all to get to know them better!

I must add something here- I'm an actor, but to earn money recently (for the trip to EPCOT, among other things) I work at a relatively uninspiring job. I have to wake up at an ungodly hour to go to work, and the only thing that keeps me going sometimes is the Barrage music on my CD player.
I close my eyes and remember each of them coming across the stage during "What's Going On?" on the Sunday they thought we had gone home already and how they grinned in recognition when they saw us; Matt and Tom sword-fighting with their bows, Seonaid step-dancing in her gorgeous platform boots, Ian talking about the Children in Need programme, Jess' eyes shining at the thought of going home to see her horses, Jen realizing on Thursday night (the first show Lisa and I saw) that we were singing along to "Old Joe Clark," ... or a hundred other such wonderful moments... and I smile-- and the prospect of a minimum wage job doesn't seem so bad after all.
"Oh, brave new world, that has such fiddlers in it!" (If I may be pardoned the paraphrase!)
Welcome to the insanity- enjoy the stay!
You might also take a trip over to Jon's most excellent webpage
Lisa's beautiful webpage from the same trip in October of 2000
or the official site at www.barrage.org. ("That's O-R-G..." as Ian would say!)
And now for something completely different: Disclaimers...
